No official one. On macOS and Linux the headset works as a normal USB audio device, but the app's processing and settings aren't available. Settings saved to the headset from a Windows PC do carry over.

No. The app communicates with the device over USB — cable, wireless dongle, or base station. A Bluetooth or 3.5 mm connection won't be detected.

Partly. EQ and lighting are stored on the headset and travel with it. QuantumSURROUND is processed on the PC, so it doesn't follow to a PlayStation, Xbox or Switch.

Check the connection is USB, try a rear motherboard port instead of a hub, and reconnect with the app open. If that fails, restart the JBL background service or reboot. A quick app update also helps if your headset is a recent model — new device support arrives in app releases.
