The current release supports every Quantum headset, streaming microphone and base station in the range.

Plug the headset in over USB first — the installer can then pair the right components straight away. Close any other audio utility that installs a virtual output device; two of them fighting over the default device is the most common cause of "no sound" after setup.
Installing over an existing version keeps your profiles in place. If a major upgrade misbehaves, uninstall from Windows Settings, reboot, then install clean rather than layering another install on top.

The virtual audio device the app installs doesn't fully register until Windows restarts.
In Windows sound settings, select your Quantum headset for both playback and recording — otherwise the app's settings apply to a device you aren't listening through.
Update the headset, the dongle and the base station if prompted, and leave everything connected until it finishes.
