Does the app support your device?

Quantum Engine covers the whole Quantum line — headsets, streaming microphones and base stations — as long as the device is connected to a Windows PC over USB.

Newer models are added over time. If your headset just launched and the app doesn't see it, update Quantum Engine first — support for new devices arrives in app updates, not headset firmware.

Settings you save on PC — EQ and lighting in particular — are written to the headset and travel with it. Spatial audio is processed on the PC, so it stays behind.
